Purusha Hickson

Purusha Hickson is the Founder and Director of Stretch for
Success Seminars. Hy het Onderrig van Hatha joga vir meer
40 jaar.
For the past seven years, he has led a yoga and meditation
retreat at Tassajara Hot Springs in the beautiful and secluded
mountains of the Ventana Forrest Reserve near Carmel Valley.
Tassajara Hot Springs is the mountain retreat of the San
Francisco Zen Center.
Purusha was blessed to have the late Alice Coltrane, ook
bekend as, Swamini, as his life long spiritual teacher. Her
spiritual wisdom, writings, and music have uplifted and
inspired thousands. As one of the many who have been
touched by her life, Purusha takes great delight in including
stories of her teachings in his presentations, werkswinkels, en
retreats.
