Sherri BellSherri has worked as a Community Organizer with the Los Angeles Black Worker Center, where she played a key role in passing one of the largest minimum wage policies in the country, as part of the Raise the Wage Coalition.

 

Mindy GarlandMindy is the LABWC’s Campaign Coordinator and works to establish Black economic justice in the city of Los Angeles and throughout the state of California. Mindy’s role supports the development of much needed anti-discrimination laws that work to protect and uplift Black workers.
