Christina M. McAlpin, MD is a pediatric otolaryngologist/head and neck surgeon with Cedars-Sinai’s Pediatric Surgical Services and the Cedars-Sinai Sinus Center. She specializes in pediatric otolaryngology, sinus, voice, salivary and endocrine surgery.

Board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. McAlpin is an active member of numerous professional societies, including the Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, and the Association of Black Women Physicians. She has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, including the American Journal of Surgery, The Laryngoscope, and Archives of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.

Dr. McAlpin earned her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, and her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. She completed a general surgery residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and then fulfilled an otolaryngology/head and neck surgery residency at the University of Chicago. Dr. McAlpin is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
