Congresswoman Maxine Waters is considered by many to be one of the most powerful women in American politics today. Congresswoman Waters made history as the first woman and first African American Chair of the House Financial Services Committee. Hello heard Maxine Waters and the plight of the homeless. I work for probation, they have closed a number of camps and now a juvenile hall, there is a lot of space involved in that. Perhaps something that can be looked into
