Dr. Gloria Morrow, Psychologist
Dr. Gloria Morrow is a clinical psychologist who serves as the Director of Behavioral Health for Unicare Community Health Center, Inc. Dr. Gloria as she is affectionately called, manages the behavioral health department of their 13 clinics. She also maintains a small clinical practice that focuses on pastoral leaders, their families, and those in the entertainment industry.

 

Council President Emeritus Herb Wesson 

Herb J. Wesson, Jr. served as the President of the Los Angeles City Council from November 2011 through 2019 and has represented Council District 10 since 2005. Wesson is the first African American to hold the position of Council President in the city’s history and was been re-elected three times to lead the city’s legislative body.

Congresswoman Karen Bass, Chair CDC 
Congressmember Karen Bass was re-elected to her fifth term representing the 37th Congressional District in November 2018. Congressmember Bass serves on the House Committee on Foreign Affairs where she is the Chair of the Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, Global Human Rights and International Organizations. As a member of the House Judiciary Committee, Congressmember Bass is also working to craft sound criminal justice reforms as well as protect intellectual property right infringements that threaten the economic health of the 37th District. Congressmember Bass also serves as the Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus.
