Dr. Mable John

Nato in Louisiana per Mertis e Lillie John, Mable è la maggiore di dieci fratelli e sorelle. Un ex R&B vocalist, she is the sister of the late-great Little Willie John. During the 50’s and ’60s, John toured the South with some of the biggest names of that era: Jimmy Reed, Shirley, and Lee, B.B. Re, Sam Cooke, Il Flamingo e altri. Mable John now ministers through song and has chosen to sing the gospel. Her first gospel album “Where Can I Find Jesus” has been released on her family-owned independent label, Meda Records.
