Dr. Salim Faraji is a Full Professor of Africana Studies at California State University, Dominguez Hills. He earned his Ph.D. at Claremont Graduate University in Religious Studies and History. Dr. Faraji’s research and scholarship represent the cutting edge of Africana Transdisciplinarity, transgressing the traditional boundaries of Religious Studies, African History, Nubian Studies, Ancient History, African Diaspora Studies, Martial Arts and Youth Development & Education. He is the author of The Roots of Nubian Christianity Uncovered: The Triumph of the Last Pharaoh and co-author of The Plan: A Guide for Women Raising African American Boys from Conception to College and The Plan Workbook.
