National Association for Equal Justice In America (NAEJA) was founded by Royce W. Esters van Kalifornië. NAEJA received the Seal of the State of California on September 11, 1997, and was officially recognized as a charitable, non-profit organization, met 'n 501(c)3 status on May 20, 1998.

PURPOSE

• to eliminate racial discrimination and segregation from all aspects of public life;

• to seek justice in the courts;

• to secure the best educational opportunities for minorities;

• to monitor fair and equal job opportunities and promotions for all minorities, based on an individuals merit, without regards to race, creed, religion or national origin;

• to promote an open dialogue among the diverse populations within the communities, en;

• to counteract any traces of mob violence and signs of police brutality.
