Since the Metropolitan Transportation Authority began construction on the Crenshaw Line in January 2014, the highest rate of increase in home values citywide has occurred in areas of South L.A. immediately adjacent to the light-rail line, according to data compiled by the real estate website Trulia.     (MONEY) THE ONLY TIME THEY BUILD IN THE BLACK AREA IS WHEN THEY WILL TAKE IT BACK.IT’S SAD BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE MONEY.WHEN THE OLD PASS ON THE KIDS ONLY WANT THE(MONEY) THAT’S HOW IT WORKS. WE AS BLACK”S ARE IN REAL TROUBLE.
