Mary Howard
Mary Howard native of Louisiana and “PROUD” graduate of “Grambling State University (GSU)”. In 1993, she earned her bachelor degree in arts and science with a concentration in aerospace studies. During graduation, Howard was also commissioned as a Second Lieutenant into the United States Air Force. Twelve years later, she returned to GSU and obtained a Master in Science for Criminal Justice. Also, a distinguished graduate of the Shreveport Police Academy in Shreveport, Louisiana. Failure is not an option for the Grambling graduate. Relocated to Los Angeles and joined the Los Angeles County Probation Department, where she is currently employed with 16 years of service.
Pastor Renandez Grim
Renandez Grim graduated from University of Phoenix with his master’s degree in Counseling. He received his undergraduate degree from Cal State of Los Angeles (CSULA) in Sociology. Renandez Grim has several years of seminary bible training under Dr. Degeddingseze III., Dr. T.M. Chambers Jr. and Dr. P.J. Jones, these great preachers’s served as his mentor’s and professors at the Western Theological Seminary of Compton California. Renandez was also enrolled under the late Dr. E.V. Hill Sr. where he received certificates of completion in the subjects Evangelism, Soul Winning, and Church growth.
He is currently a member of the Western Baptist State Convention under Dr. J. B. Hardwick, state president and pastor. In the Western Baptist State Convention he has held the office as Praise Leader Coordinator, Executive Officer of the New Landmark District under Dr. Marvis Davis, and has supported the December week of Christian Congress of Education in Palm Desert, California for the youth.
Lieutenant Andrew Lawson
Mr. Lawson has thirty one years of community policing service with a demonstrated record of excellence. Extensive knowledge of law enforcement protocol, legal and constitutional issues, risk management and liability assessment. A history of successful command experience, leading a myriad of commands that include patrol, organized crime, vice, gangs and administrative staff assignments. As a Commanding Officer, he has managed a division with multi-million dollar budget including sworn and civilian personnel. Superior conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in policy direction, strategic decision-making, field supervision, team and project management, and employee development. Documented, imaginative and effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Executive and dignitary protection experience for high profile clients.

Guest Panel was very informative more forums needed to every city in California so we can make all community aware people will not be able to say they were not inform. We all need to take part to correct the problem and take back our community for our families, friends, neighbor’s..
