Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer endorses Andrew Gillum amid protests

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer had to shout his endorsement of Andrew Gillum for governor Thursday over a small but loud cadre of protesters in front of the Amway Center. Dyer, Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn, and St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman were in front of a busy section of Interstate 4 to jointly endorse their fellow Democratic mayor Gillum and stress the importance of the I-4 corridor in next month’s gubernatorial election against Republican Ron DeSantis.  Read More…
