Révérend Dr. Lewis E. Logan II is the co-founder of Ruach Christian Community Fellowship, de Los Angeles en Californie. As a Hospice and Palliative chaplain, I have been grieved to learn that an abysmal 8% of eligible African American utilize end of life Hospice and Palliative Care services made available through Medicare and other health insurance providers.

I am preparing to inform hundreds up to one- thousand African Americans attending this year’s Taste Of Soul event on Octobre 21, 2017 about hospice and palliative care benefits and services.
