Rushion McDonald is a two-time Emmy Award-winning and three-time NAACP Image Award-winning television and film producer. He is a sitcom writer, social media influencer, brand architect, entrepreneur and award-winning baker. Rushion launched his 3815 Media company now representing top talent like Stephen A. Smith from ESPN and CNN Legal Analyst Areva Martin.

Rushion managed theAir National Guard national account and oversaw the Recruitment and Retention campaign in the 50 Estados Unidos, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Washington, Corriente continua.
