Rushion managed theAir National Guard national account and oversaw the Recruitment and Retention campaign in the 50 Stati Uniti, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Washington, DC. He managed the media budget, ad placement buys and creative development; which covered the Air National Guard’s print, digital, out of home, YouTube, OTT, syndicated radio and national television productions. He also produced 135 Air National Guard Live Recruiting Events throughout the US and four of its territories. McDonald enjoys being the Brand Ambassador for thePerfect Bake Pro Scale, which pairs a smart scale with a companion recipe app on your phone or tablet. It measures as you pour and guides you step-by-step to make mouth-watering desserts, loaves of bread, appetizers, and has a downloadable Perfect Bake app filled with 80 of his original homemade baking recipes.
Educated with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston and trained in marketing while working at IBM, McDonald is well known in the entertainment industry for his successes in producing top television shows likeFamily Feud, The Jamie Foxx Show, Sister, Sister, Steve Harvey Talk Show, Evidence of Innocence and blockbuster hit films like, Think Like a Man and Think Like a Man Too.
