Skipp Townsend (Right), Intervention Specialist, 2nd Call. 2nd Call is a community based organization designed to assist in the personal development of individuals, who are at risk youth, ex-felons, parolees and others who society disregards. 2nd Call believes that by enlarging the scope of individual’s lives and working a coordinated strategy with education, employment, housing, health insurance, and substance abuse counseling, 2nd Call will save lives which now seem lost.

Khalid Shah (Left), Founder and Executive Director of the Stop the Violence, Increase the Peace    Foundation.  Shah created the first agency to effectively address gang and domestic violence in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. He has developed and implemented programs that provide community based organizations with funds for youth gang intervention, and is responsible for organizing peace rallies, meetings, and conferences throughout Los Angeles. In 2005, Khalid Shah founded the Inland Empire Violence Prevention Coalition. He presently serves as Chairman of this organization that represents over 120 agencies throughout Southern California that work together to eradicate violence in our communities.
