Biography

Stacy Hill-Williams, Executive Vice President

She has been changing lives with the Brotherhood Crusade for over nine (9) years,  although the organization has always been a part of her life. One could say it’s in her  blood. Her parents were among the first organizers alongside the Brotherhood Crusade  founder Walter Bremond in 1968. Together they organized the organizations first fund  raising charity dinner.

As the Communication and Development Director and now Executive Vice President, Ms.  Hill-Williams has not only fostered and improved existing community partnerships but  has forged new alliances that has not only increased the organizations revenues but  created partnerships that directly impact the youth we serve. Stacy co-founded Camp  P.L.U.S (Preserving Legacies and Uniting Sisterhood) and our Young Women’s  Empowerment Luncheon which is a trauma informed youth development program for  young women. This annual retreat was designed to engage girls and young women in self awareness, self-confidence, team building, problem-solving techniques, leadership and  effective life and communication skills. Stacy has also secured funding to upgrade security  of the corporate office with perimeter fencing, enhanced lighting, cameras and alarms.

Stacy Hill-Williams says, “Within the heart of every child is great potential. We cannot  give up on our children or community and we certainly can’t forget that someone at some  point in our lives helped us to excel, have hope and to succeed.”
