Tilita Lutterloh

Known by her peers in the sports and fitness industries as a #GoalDigger, Tilita Lutterloh sets ambitious goals and works diligently to achieve success. Hailing from Durham, Carolina del Nord, Tilita has lived and worked in Washington D.C., New York City and currently resides in Los Angeles. From the early age of 4, Tilita set her sights on operating in excellence, making it a consistent habit to go above and beyond what is expected of her. As an adolescent she developed a deep passion for athletics, formazione, and competed as a gymnast for over 11 years before being introduced to Track & Field by a high school coach. Tilita later attended Howard University as a full scholarship track & field student-athlete (where her conference record in the Triple Jump just recently got smashed, aargh!). Tilita has since competed across the US for over 15 years as an unattached Olympic Development Track & Field athlete, ranking as high as 8th in the nation in Triple Jump.

Tilita Lutterloh has strived for excellence in her own life as an athlete and has been the catalyst for change among many other athletes across the nation. Her experience, conoscenza, and passion led her to become a fitness coach.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Functional Movement Screen practitioner, Master Nutrition Coach, and a Health Made Simple PRO, she has catapulted the health, fitness, and performance of athletes on the high school, collegiate and elite levels. Her expansive clientele also includes weekend warriors, artists, executives and parents looking to set a healthy example for their employees and families. Tilita’s focus on wholeness has allowed her to curate her own #TILITAFIED high performance and wellness experienceincorporating core principles for lifestyle and performance transformation, such as mindset work, strength, and conditioning, and habit-based nutrition, thus creating a blueprint for achieving goals in all areas of life. Tilita’s intense high energy sessions focus on cardio, strength training, functional movement and mobility work needed for one’s specific sport, daily performance, and goals.

Tilita considers herself a High Performance Health Coach, and takes a values-centered approach to cultivating new mindsets and habits within her clients, allowing them to be fully prepared for the possibilities to come not only with their performance, but also in their life. Tilita’s commitment to improving the lives of others has helped her clients to gain sustainable independence – equipping them with the knowledge and tools to maintain their health and fitness on their own.
