Known by her peers in the sports and fitness world as a #GoalDigger, Tilita Lutterloh, aka Coach T, sets ambitious goals and works diligently to achieve success. Hailing from Durham, Carolina del Nord, Tilita has lived and worked in Washington D.C., New York City, and currently resides in Los Angeles. From the early age of 4, Tilita set her sights on operating in excellence, making it a consistent habit to go above and beyond what is expected of her. As an adolescent, she developed a deep passion for athletics, formazione, and competed as a gymnast for over 11 years before being introduced to Track & Field by a high school coach. Tilita later attended Howard University as a full scholarship track & field student-athlete (where her long-standing school and conference record in the Triple Jump just was recently smashed, aargh!) where she studied as a Theatre Fine Arts major. Tilita has since competed across the US for over 15 years as an unattached Olympic Development Track & Field athlete, ranking as high as 8th in the nation in Triple Jump.
Tilita has strived for excellence in her own life as an athlete and has been the catalyst for change among many other athletes across the nation. Her experience, conoscenza, and passion led her to become a fitness coach.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Functional Movement Screen practitioner, Master Nutrition Coach, and a Health Made Simple PRO, she has catapulted the health, fitness, and performance of runners at the high school and collegiate levels, as well as competitive racing enthusiasts. Her expansive clientele also includes purpose-driven lifestyle athletes and curious newbies who love taking on big challenges and exploring what their bodies can do.
