Toni White is an Outreach Case Manager for HOPICS (Homeless Outreach Program and Integrated Care System).  She, with a multidisciplinary team consisting of a nurse, substance abuse specialist and mental health specialist hit the streets of LA every day to bring resources and help to those who are experiencing homelessness.

    Hi Dominique I really hate that i missed your show this morning becauae i am a current client of hopics since December of last year and they still have not approved the funding for me to stay at the location that has already been approved. My case worker is Edwin Moreno he works out of the on slauson ave can you have her look into my case so I can get off the streets…
