Deputy District Attorney with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Tony has a strong record of protecting the People of Los Angeles County. For thirteen years, Tony has tried almost 70 jury trials and has represented the People in cases involving serious and violent crimes. For the last five years, Tony has exclusively prosecuted crimes against the elderly and dependent adults in the Elder Abuse Section where he handles cases involving murder, la violence domestique, robbery, cambriolage, fraude, and identity theft.

Since April 2010, Tony has served as a Staff Judge Advocate at the Office of the Judge Advocate General with the California State Military Reserve (CSMR). He holds the rank of Captain in the CSMR. For the past eight years, Tony has also participated in the Los Angeles County District Attorney Office’s Project LEAD program where he teaches at-risk 5th-grade students about the importance of staying in school, the consequences of bullying, and the dangers of gangs and drugs.
