Trina Traylor, Community Organizer (LA Black Worker Center)

Trina Traylor recruits’ new members through outreach by canvassing local community events. Ms. Traylor provides new members guidance and direction to inspire members into advocacy and grow them as political community leaders and advocates. Ms. Traylor develops and coordinates leadership development for LABWC members. Ms. Traylor was also responsible for organizing busloads of members to the state capital for rallies and lobby visits in support of the Employment Anti-Discrimination Act of 2017 that was unanimously passed through the state assembly and senate.
