Charles Haywood III has been an active health advocate most of his life and healthy living is an art he has fine tuned over the years. In 1983 he become a Nutritional Consultant, ran his first L.A. Marathon in 1990, and began a personal campaign of physical fitness, and become a Personal Fitness Trainer in 1991. Charles had studied Shiatsu Acupressure, Kinesiology and Pranic Energy Healing with Master Stephen Co. Charles is a certified Reflexologist.

Dhahabu Billard, Massage Therapist
Reginald Bellard, known as “Dhahabu” (Dha-ha-bu), which means gold in Swahili is known for having the golden-touch as a professional masseur with formal training from the Institute of Psycho-structural Balancing. Dhahabu specializes in the area of Sports Massage and also practices Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, a massage technique which opens tense joints and releases tension. Dhahabu performs neuromuscular re-education, a subtle massage that puts muscles in symmetry with the skeletal system as well as Trigger Point Therapy which focuses on specific areas of muscle which helps to relieve tension.
Dr. Mel Braxton, Chiropractor
Dr. Mel Braxton graduated from Long Beach State University and studied at Cleveland Chiropractic College in 1998. Specializing in sports medicine, physical rehabilitation, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupressure, and nutritional guidance, his passion is to educate his patients on how to heal themselves naturally and help them to understand the difference between medicine and natural cures for disease. He has been in the business of helping those in need for over seven years and goes far beyond the call of duty.
